Enjoy a paddle boarding trip on the Tarn River, with welcome facilities, free parking and organised shuttle services from Acroparc du Mas, located in the heart of the Gorges du Tarn near Millau.
Accessible and enjoyable, paddle boarding allows you to explore the river at your own pace, as a complement to a canoe trip on the Tarn, in a preserved natural environment. The routes follow calm sections of the Tarn, ideal for a peaceful experience and for taking in the scenery: limestone cliffs, natural beaches, clear water and a tranquil atmosphere.
The boards provided are high-quality, stable and comfortable, suitable for beginners as well as occasional paddlers.
Participation requirements
To take part in paddle boarding, participants must:
- Be able to swim
- Be able to immerse themselves
- Be able to reach the riverbank independently
The activity is accessible from age 12 when accompanied, or from age 16 independently with parental authorisation.
Reception, parking and shuttle services
All paddle trips are organised from the Acroparc du Mas leisure base, located directly on the riverbank.

Paddle routes in the Gorges du Tarn
Depending on your level and preferences, several routes are available:
- La Cresse → Acroparc (4 km)
- Saint-Hilarin → Acroparc (8 km)
- Le Rozier → Acroparc (14 km)
These routes are selected for safety, smooth navigation and the quality of the landscapes along the way.
