MEGA PADDLE DESCENT ON THE TARN RIVER – Acroparc du Mas

Enjoy a collective descent on the Tarn River aboard a Mega Paddle, in the heart of the Gorges du Tarn near Millau, with welcome facilities, free parking and organised shuttle services directly from Acroparc du Mas leisure park.
This activity is particularly well suited to groups, families and organised outings. It combines conviviality, coordination and fully supervised practice in a preserved natural environment.
A supervised, accessible and collective activity
Mega Paddle is practised on a large, stable board designed to allow several participants to paddle together.
Professional supervision ensures safe navigation adapted to the group’s level and river conditions.
Participation requirements
To take part, participants must:
- Be able to swim
- Be capable of reaching the riverbank independently
Each participant is equipped with a buoyancy aid. The instructor supervises the activity from start to finish and ensures safety, organisation and group dynamics.

All Mega Paddle descents are organised from Acroparc du Mas leisure park, located on the banks of the Tarn River, near Millau.

Mega Paddle routes in the Gorges du Tarn
Depending on the group’s level, river flow and weather conditions, routes may include:
- Le Cresse → Acroparc (4 km)
- Saint-Hilarin → Acroparc (8 km)
- Le Rozier → Acroparc (14 km)
The route is selected by the instructor to guarantee safety, enjoyment and team cohesion.
